Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a senior-quality leader to drive the company-wide Quality Management System. The role focuses on audits, conformance, and continuous improvement across regional and manufacturing quality teams.

You will leverage Six Sigma, statistical analysis and global standards to support customer satisfaction, risk management and regulatory compliance. This hybrid role is based in the UK with some international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field.
• Min 10 years’ experience in Quality related roles.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF certifications.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid knowledge of QMS, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management System activities across regional and site levels.
• Audit programs, certifications, risk-based thinking and preventive actions.
• Analyze metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Align quality standards with customer expectations and regional needs.
• Develop RACI analyses and coordinate with process owners on QMS processes.
