Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience working in QHSE disciplines.
• Strong communication skills across all business levels.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and business acumen.
• Excellent understanding of lens optics and manufacturing processes.
• High-level knowledge of manufacturing operations and control systems.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations; IOSH desirable.
• Experience working with multi-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of QHSE policies across the site.
• Ensure products and services meet internal and external standards.
• Publish performance statistics and KPIs, including sustainability metrics.
• Maintain the QHSE management system and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with supply chain, labs and manufacturing to ensure product quality.
• Support introduction of new products and processes with relevant groups.
