Job summary

JC Virtual PMs is seeking a senior leader to run its BIM and digital delivery practice globally. The Associate Director – BIM & Digital will own strategy, standards and growth, acting as the senior adviser to key clients and guiding flagship projects across multiple regions.

The role reports to the Managing Director and offers a clear pathway toward Director-level leadership within the firm. The role emphasises remote-first working, international collaboration and active involvement in business

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior BIM or digital delivery leadership role within a consultancy.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
• Proven track record delivering BIM on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement at Executive/Director level.
• Right to work in the country where you will be based.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy, standards and service offer for BIM and digital delivery across the business.
• Act as senior BIM adviser to clients on information requirements, digital twins and handover.
• Lead BIM delivery on flagship commissions across the UK, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
• Lead, develop and resource the BIM team from Associate BIM Manager to BIM Coordinator.
• Identify and lead bids, framework applications and client pursuits for BIM and digital services.
• Introduce new tools and ways of working to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on resource planning, financial management and strategic growth.
