Responsibilities

• Manage and execute key initiatives across the global real estate portfolio from planning through operational readiness.
• Translate priorities and decisions into actionable project plans with milestones, responsibilities and timelines.
• Coordinate activity across site acquisition, design, construction, occupancy planning, and post-opening integration.
• Maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives by tracking progress, identifying risks and dependencies, resolving roadblocks, and escalating issues.
