Job summary

Sotheby’s is seeking an AVP, Senior Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives across Global Real Estate, Security and Facilities. You will translate priorities into actionable workplans, drive projects forward, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned across a global network.

You will serve as a connective layer, coordinating stakeholders, tracking actions, resolving execution challenges, and ensuring clear communication throughout each initiative’s lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Program and Project Execution: Manage and execute key initiatives across the global real estate portfolio, from initial planning through operational readiness and ongoing use.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate activity across facilities, security, IT, finance, legal, procurement, and other teams as required.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Establish clear and consistent communication, prepare updates and decision documents for senior leadership.
• Governance, Tracking and Reporting: Maintain governance structures, trackers, action logs, and reporting tools; monitor milestones and budgets.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve coordination, documentation, and accountability across the function.
