Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, information technology.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a BA role, preferably in a PMO environment, and in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis activities with key stakeholders to determine scope and timing.
• Define plans and processes to identify, track, and manage requirements and designs.
• Identify benefits, costs, and business improvements of potential solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders and wider teams to gather feedback and secure commitment.
• Follow standards to store/access information and track decisions/actions.
• Monitor performance measures to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
