Qualifications

Experience leading requirements analysis across multiple business functions.
Experience in a professional services environment, preferably legal or big 4.
Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders, developers, testers and SMEs.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis activities with key stakeholders to determine scope and timing.
Define plans to identify, track, prioritise and manage requirements and designs.
Identify benefits including costs or business improvements of potential solutions.
Engage with stakeholders and wider teams to gather feedback and secure commitment.
Follow standards to store/access information and track decisions and actions.
Monitor performance measures to identify trends and risks and drive improvements.
Drive elicitation activities and prepare materials for key meetings.
Communicate clearly to ensure shared understanding of objectives and requirements.
