Qualifications

• Experience using project management, change management, or related tools to drive strategy and delivery.
• Solid drug development and potentially commercial experience with track record of driving program strategies.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic program management to project teams and governance.
• Drive drug or disease area development programs to maximize efficiency and portfolio value.
• Lead and coach teams, maintain alignment, and drive key meetings and documentation.
• Contribute to portfolio management and risk mitigation.
• Support Integrated Evidence Planning across regulatory, access, and clinical practice.
