Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Global Product Coordinator to join our Global Product Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will coordinate product launches, packaging updates and assortment changes for the UK market and manufacturing sites, ensuring activities are delivered accurately and on time.

You will serve as a key link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Dairies, Packaging, Procurement, QEHS, Suppliers and Master Data teams, driving alignment and end-to-end delivery of the product

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive professional with strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across functions, build trusted relationships and challenge constructively when needed.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing timelines, data quality and risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches, packaging updates and assortment changes, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects including new product development and product maintenance activities.
• Manage artwork, approvals and packaging implementation with printers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Act as operational gatekeeper for product and packaging implementation, validating project information and driving execution.
• Build relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning, Packaging, Procurement, QEHS and Master Data teams.
