Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Global Product Coordinator to join our Global Product Management team on a permanent, full-time basis in the UK. You will act as the operational backbone, turning approved decisions into successful product and packaging implementations across the UK market and manufacturing sites.

You will coordinate launches, packaging updates, and lifecycle activities, manage timelines, data quality and risks, and collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, QEHS, and Master Data teams to

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• FMCG experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate successful delivery of product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities with the Global Product Manager.
• Support cross-functional projects including new product development and product transfers, aligning stakeholders.
• Manage artwork and packaging implementation with printers, suppliers, dairies and packaging partners.
• Act as operational gatekeeper for product and packaging implementation, ensuring feasibility and alignment.
• Build strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning, Packaging, Procurement and QEHS.
