Global Product Manager Trainee - We are Asia’s largest smart commerce platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Learn about the complete lifecycle management of a product, from conducting thorough market research and requirement analysis to product planning, design, development, testing, successful product launch, and seamless operation, under the guidance of product managers.
  2. Participate in cross-functional team collaborations, understand the roles and responsibilities of different teams, and learn effective communication and collaboration with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  3. Conduct market research, including customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to identify customer needs and preferences across different regions and cultures.
  4. Assist in product planning and development, including product design, technical architecture, and quality assurance.
  5. Collect user feedback and analyze data to assist product managers in product optimization and iteration.
  6. Learn about product marketing and user training to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  7. Participate in the company's international product strategy formulation and business expansion, understanding strategic planning and market competition in various regions.
  8. Willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information management, marketing, business administration, or related fields. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and understand customer needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with product design and development processes, knowledge of agile methodologies, and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • A keen interest in international product management.
  • Possession of permanent residency in the country of employment.
