Job summary

SRG is seeking a Global Product Manager based in Cheshire West to lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of a portfolio of speciality chemical products across international markets. The role requires a degree in Chemistry and significant industry experience.

You'll work in a matrix organisation with R&D, sales, regulatory and operations, driving global product launches and cross-functional collaboration to support commercial growth and portfolio optimisation.

Qualifications

Degree (BSc/MSc or higher) in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
Extensive experience within the chemical industry, ideally within speciality chemicals.
Experience managing products in international markets within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of a global portfolio of speciality chemical products.
Develop and implement product strategies including market positioning, pricing and portfolio optimisation.
Conduct market analysis covering customer needs, competitive landscape and regulatory considerations.
Drive global product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful commercialisation.
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, operations and sales to align development and execution.
Support sales teams with technical product knowledge, training and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish standardised product management processes and best practices across regions.
