SRG is seeking a Global Product Manager based in Cheshire West on a permanent basis. The role requires significant experience in the chemical industry, including product management and international commercialization, with a Chemistry degree or higher.

The position involves leading global portfolio strategy, lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, sales and operations to drive growth across regions.

Formación

• Degree (BSc/MSc or higher) in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
• Extensive experience in chemical industry, including product management and commercialization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of a global portfolio of speciality chemical products.
• Develop and implement product strategies, including market positioning, pricing and portfolio optimisation.
• Conduct market analysis, including customer needs, competitive landscape and regulatory considerations.
• Drive global product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful commercialization.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, operations and sales to align product development and execution.
• Support sales with technical product knowledge, training and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish standardized product management processes and best practices across regions.
• Build and align global teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
