Job description

Description

We are hiring a Global Product Manager to drive the Own Brand strategy and achieve business goals both in the UK and globally. Working closely with Product Creation, the Commercial Team, and Buying Functions, you will ensure the delivery of best-in-class Own Brand products to service Footasylum, DTC sites, and wholesale partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Head of Global Product Management in developing and implementing a comprehensive Own Brand Strategy across multiple seasons and years.
  2. Deliver seasonal product briefs to the Product Creation Team aligned with target consumers for Footasylum, UK Wholesale, and International Wholesale/Franchise partners.
  3. Ensure products meet all channel requirements during the design and development phases.
  4. Oversee the launch of products across all channels.
  5. Manage Wholesale/Distributor SMU programmes and requests.
  6. Participate in the 'Trend' team to identify new brand opportunities and category extensions.
  7. Assist the Legal Team with trademark registration input and feedback.
  8. Lead the development of direct reports through coaching and HR tools such as PDPs and Check-Ins.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Buying/Product roles with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities internally and externally.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • Critical understanding of market and competitive trends to maintain consumer relevance.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Experience in creating and executing strategies.
  • Proactive and reactive in market situations to keep Footasylum ahead of competitors and meet consumer demands.
