Job Description:

Role Overview: This role will work across Mars Wrigley and Mars Pet Nutrition segments, collaborating closely with business and technology senior leadership to ensure the successful delivery of Trade & Customer Planning capabilities.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in product management and business capability development in sales.
• Experience with Trade products preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with TPM solutions and integrations preferred.
• Recent experience in global transformation programs is preferred.
• Leadership experience in establishing cross-functional product organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Product Management, DevOps, Agile principles, practices, and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scope including Trade & Customer Planning and product portfolio vision.
• Build Product Managers Organization (2-5 members).
• Align and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Manage Product Line KPIs and Benefits.
• Develop Product Marketing and Sales Strategies.
• Manage Innovation initiatives.
• Measure User Adoption and Satisfaction.
• Promote Product Management culture and operating model evangelism.
