Boston Consulting Group seeks a Product Owner for the Frontier Self-Service Experience Platform to own the product vision, roadmap, and multi-year strategy. You will define OKRs, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure the platform scales across web, mobile, chat, and AI channels.

You will lead governance forums, manage vendor evaluations, and mentor a network of product owners while upholding security and Responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience for enterprise-scale platforms serving a global user base.
• Experience owning enterprise service delivery or self-service platforms and vendor evaluations.
• Experience partnering with C-suite to secure investment and drive adoption of large-scale platform initiatives.
• Proficiency in headless platform strategy for multi-channel support and data governance for AI surfaces.
• CSPO certification and professional services experience are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Frontier Self-Service Experience Platform.
• Define OKRs and success metrics (adoption, satisfaction, time-to-resolution, visibility).
• Chair governance forums with senior Tech@BCG stakeholders; lead build-versus-buy and vendor evaluations.
• Design the product on a headless platform strategy for web, mobile, chat, and AI channels.
• Build a network of product owners/managers and ensure secure, governance-aligned AI capabilities.
