Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Product Owner for the Frontier Self-Service Experience Platform to own the product vision and multi-year roadmap across web, mobile, chat and AI channels.

You will align with HR, Enterprise Services and other functions, chair governance forums with senior leaders, and build a scalable, secure platform on a headless architecture.

Join a collaborative team to drive adoption, measure success with OKRs such as adoption, satisfaction, and time-to-resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise employee-facing platforms and roadmaps.
• Excellent executive-level communications and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in headless platform strategies and multi-channel delivery.
• Ability to govern data and content for AI-enabled channels.

Responsabilités

• Define and own multi-year roadmap for the front-door platform.
• Chair governance forums with senior Tech@BCG stakeholders.
• Lead a network of product owners and managers.
• Ensure secure, well-governed AI-enabled capabilities.
