As part of the Pro Gamers Group, an international e-commerce company with over 700 employees across 12 locations worldwide, we are expanding our team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual passionate about PC hardware and gaming, interested in developing a career in marketing and e-commerce.

About the team:

Our Marketing team comprises knowledgeable, passionate gaming enthusiasts and marketing specialists dedicated to creating engaging content, sharing product knowledge, advertising our products, and ensuring our product data is accurate across our extensive range.

What you will be doing:

Within our global content team, the Product Data Executive will enhance and maintain product attribute data for both customer-facing and internal systems. Responsibilities include inputting and updating product data in our Product Information Management system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Success in this role requires a customer-first approach, passion for our brands and products, and a keen eye for detail. A desire to learn and grow to improve sales performance, especially for our own and exclusive brands, is essential.

Initially, you will work Monday to Friday from our Stoke-on-Trent headquarters, with the possibility of remote work following a successful probation, based on a fixed rota.

Responsibilities:

  • Support product launches by providing accurate product data in the PIM system, completing all relevant attributes on time.
  • Upload product compliance data and documentation to ensure lawful sale.
  • Enrich existing product data with up-to-date and accurate attributes.
  • Proactively seek missing product information from sources like brand websites and review sites.
  • Collaborate with the PIM technical team to request new attributes and values as needed.
  • Work with customer service to update incorrect or outdated product information based on customer feedback, queries, and returns.
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to enhance product information using setup sheets and brand relationships.
