Job Description

We are looking for a Global Director to lead Wise Platform’s Product Compliance division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Empowering Product teams to build compliant-by-design new products and services by advising on regulatory requirements and ensuring customer-oriented implementation.
• Ensuring regulatory analysis of new products and services is performed, documented, and controls are implemented prior to launch.
• Collaborating with Regional Compliance and Product teams on regulatory risk, remediation plans, and ensuring timely execution.
• Advising teams on interpreting regulatory requirements and process improvements to prevent breaches and incidents.
• Representing Wise in external meetings with Banking Partners and Regulators, articulating offers clearly and effectively.
• Providing input on regulatory agreements and clauses, maintaining a customer-oriented and compliant approach.
