In this role, you will:
Strategic Category Management & Execution
Strategic management of the global energy procurement category, including sourcing management and supplier relationship management.
Work with stakeholders to understand and execute business requirements
Engagement with appropriate industry bodies to maintain and influence best practice
Delivery of alternative energy projects
Work closely with the sustainability organization to deliver successful alternative energy projects through the sourcing of PPAs / vPPAs and EAAS
Leadership of the Energy Procurement organization
Accountable for the achievement of energy goals & objectives
Build category specific competence
Build and strengthen a global Energy Procurement community, connecting both direct and indirect reports
Work closely with the Amplified Commodity team to ensure that energy hedging programs are aligned with the Energy Procurement strategy

Required:
Experience managing alternative energy projects and energy category procurement, including PPAs and vPPAs.
World class supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
10+ years of Procurement or related business experience
Proven track record of talent building within a global environment and building and leading high performing and diverse teams
