Job Description:

Our client is a leading player in the aerospace industry, seeking a talented and experienced Global Procurement Process & Governance Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves driving the harmonisation and simplification of procurement processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

This is a contract role with the possibility of extension, based at our client's site in Filton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support procurement process and governance harmonisation and simplification
  • Ensure procurement processes are compliant and improved
  • Analyze current processes and propose a future-state Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Manage and analyze business requirements and vigilance points
  • Adhere to contractual and external standards such as ISO14001 and ISO9001
  • Manage organization manuals, policies, and codes of conduct
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies and promote user adoption
  • Support internal and external audits as a project leader
  • Establish and manage a PMO-like setup at various levels
  • Follow up on cross-process activities
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Background or training in ISO9001 quality management systems
  • Contracts or legal experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team
  • Structured working style with high autonomy, drive, and reactivity
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in technical or organizational documentation and process management is a bonus
