Global Procurement Manager - Technology Transformation

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic procurement partner to transformation and IT delivery teams, understanding business objectives and shaping commercial strategies.
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for complex, high-value IT deals with Tier 1 suppliers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, Oracle).
- Support the integration of regional procurement teams into a global centralized model.
- Develop and implement supplier strategies to foster innovation, performance, and value across the vendor lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and in-life supplier management for optimal service delivery and commercial value.
- Provide internal consultancy to stakeholders, translating technical needs into commercial solutions.
- Deliver executive-level reports, business cases, and governance to influence C-suite decisions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic IT procurement involving Tier 1 technology vendors.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead complex global negotiations.
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects, especially involving AI, ERP, or cloud technologies.
- Ability to build cross-functional stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels.
- Exposure to vendor management, contract lifecycle governance, and procurement delivery models.
- Agile, proactive, and capable of operating tactically and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
