Title: Global Procurement Manager

Sector: FMCG / Manufacturing

Location: Remote with occasional travel to UK & Europe offices and sites

Salary & Package: £75,000 - £80,000 + an additional strong benefits package

Sea Global is partnering with a globally renowned leader in the FMCG sector, currently seeking 2x Global Procurement Managers. They are a FTSE 100 consumer goods company transforming their procurement function with ambitious plans.

They seek Procurement professionals with expertise in Facilities Management (Hard e.g., Engineering, Maintenance; Soft e.g., Security, Cleaning, Catering) and in Marketing categories (e.g., Creative Agencies, Advertising, Trade Marketing, POS, Brand, Digital, Media, PR, Market Research).

The role reports to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement and involves managing relevant categories. Industry experience in FMCG or similar is preferred for immediate contribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for the relevant category.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes including Tenders, Negotiations, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Management, and Spend Data Analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiate deals aligned with business needs.
• Manage category spend, sourcing, and supplier negotiations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Experience leading Facilities Management or Marketing categories.
