Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Project Manager or experienced Project Engineer to lead process plant projects in the air pollution control sector. The role involves ownership from order placement through handover to the client, with significant autonomy and responsibility.

Candidates should have a technical qualification in mechanical or chemical engineering and be prepared to travel domestically and internationally. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing process plant equipment projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong coordination with clients and suppliers.
• On-site/remote project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish scope and requirements of project, including developing project plans for schedule, resources and budget.
• Handle multiple international projects from contract to completion in Air Pollution Control, typically involving Thermal Oxidisers, Carbon Adsorption Systems, Filters, Scrubbers, and ancillary equipment with a typical order value £250,000 to £5,000,000.
• Liaising with clients and suppliers to establish accurate time frames and budgets.
• Working out of the UK office and with extended resources globally.
• Report to Business Director
