Global Process Lead - Commercial Foundations (West)

12 months opportunity, full-time

Location: London

About the role

This role requires solid commercial cross functional expertise, and experience working in different market archetypes.

Responsibilities
  • Working with Global Process Leads and markets to identify the most critical capability gaps across both M&E and Customer Contract Management;
  • Supporting the market as they address these gaps;
  • Co-Create and design solutions across all enablers to address gaps and review how we Measure & Evaluate our Customer Investments;
  • Work with local commercial leaders to Deploy these solutions in specific markets;
  • Once deployed, continue to drive the continuous improvements required to reach the desired capability standard;

You will be given support and guidance by the incumbent Global Process Leads, and there will be dedicated GPO training to build your own capability.

This role partners with various stakeholders, including GPOs, in-market commercial, and operational teams to drive process improvements.

About You
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of commercial processes
  • 10+ years of Commercial (Sales Ops, RGM, Senior Customer Management, and/or Customer Marketing) experience in TBA / FMCG
  • Ability to inspire teams through influencing skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently and foster strong relationships cross functional/ cultural/ regional teams with in a fast-moving complex environment
  • Be externally curious to anticipate trends, and adopt quickly
  • Ability to deep dive in specific topics as well as think on strategic level
  • Proven change management and project management skills
  • Process improvement and standardization experience is essential
  • Ability to design, document new processes and define effective roll‑out and embedment/ adoption while acting decisively
