Omega Resource Group in Cheltenham is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Applications Department, focusing on honing process development and supporting customers worldwide.

The role involves hands-on engineering, training customers to operate Delapena honing machines, coordinating with sales and engineering teams, and travel domestically and internationally. Full training provided and career progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in honing is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong technical mindset and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Carry out honing process development and testing on Delapena machines.
• Train customers to operate and set honing machines (domestic and international).
• Support Sales and Engineering with feasibility reviews.
• Liaise with customers, distributors or agents on honing applications.
• Create and update training manuals as needed.
