Job summary

Simmons & Simmons is seeking experienced corporate lawyers to join the Private Markets team in London or Bristol. You will advise on private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory for premium clients across core sectors, including international matters.

The role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, high-value transactions with partners and associates in a collaborative international group, with a hybrid in-office requirement.

Qualifications

• You are a qualified lawyer with 3-6 years PQE, focused on Private M&A transactions.
• Experience advising clients in Asset Management & Investment Funds is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex analysis clearly.
• You can work quickly to tight deadlines and collaborate within a wider team.
• Desire to be part of a diverse, progressive team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a range of transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory.
• Work with partners and associates in London, Bristol and internationally.
• Deliver high-value work for premium clients across core sectors.
• Operate in a collaborative, collegiate international group.
