Job summary

ABB Formula E is seeking a Premium Experience Coordinator to elevate VIP hospitality trackside across global races. In this hybrid London-based role, you’ll balance administrative precision with hands-on event execution, managing client communications, tracking platforms and supplier logistics.

You’ll deliver world-class trackside hospitality, maintain brand standards, coordinate on-site logistics, and support budget tracking and schedules to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in live events, preferably with premium hospitality or high-touch client management.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to master event management tools and tracking platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under tight timelines.
• Excellent communicator who builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders and is willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class trackside hospitality, coordinating creative concepts with local markets and brand standards.
• Develop and maintain high‑impact digital collateral and briefing materials for events.
• Manage client tools and data trackers to ensure smooth ticket fulfilment and inventory control.
• Lead on-site logistics: guest flow, accreditation, access control and supplier deliverables.
• Support PO generation, budget tracking and deployment plans to keep projects on time.
