Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative/technical discipline.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit bureau environments preferred.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills with Python, R, C++, Java, MATLAB or similar.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify root causes for modeling outcomes.
• Self-starter with proactive, collaborative communication across stakeholders.
• Willingness to work globally and across time zones; strong cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to international FICO Scores projects through data analysis, model development, and delivery activities.
• Design and evaluate data-driven analyses and predictive models for financial services.
• Analyze large-scale credit datasets to assess modeling suitability and develop variables.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to identify effective modeling approaches.
• Present analytical results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage analytical work streams across multiple projects with quality and deadlines.
