Job Description:

Job Title: Global PR Manager – Drinks Brand

Location: London

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UK PR strategy for a portfolio of globally recognised premium drink brands
  • Localise and implement global PR campaigns with impact and agility in the UK market
  • Build and maintain media relationships across trade and consumer outlets, influencers, and key cultural partners
  • Own agency relationships
  • Work with the Global PR team to localise strategies and ensure consistent global execution
  • Manage budgets with accountability for strategic investment and results
  • Oversee day-to-day press office operations including press releases, coverage monitoring, and media response
  • Coordinate major UK-based global events and ensure strong international reach and media amplification
  • Frequently liaise with senior stakeholders (Sales, MDs, Regional Marketing teams, etc.) to ensure alignment
  • Travel regularly within the UK and occasionally internationally for strategic planning and events

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong PR experience (5+ years), ideally agency background; drinks industry experience highly preferred
  • If not drinks, experience in luxury, FMCG or lifestyle brands would be ideal.
  • Proven ability to manage PR agencies, influence decisions, and deliver earned media results
  • Strong relationships with media and influencer connections across consumer and trade
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Demonstrated success managing brand reputation, influencer campaigns, and high-impact activations
  • Confident stakeholder manager with gravitas and credibility – able to advise, influence, and lead
  • Strong writer and communicator; experience developing toolkits, pitches, and integrated communications
  • Entrepreneurial, agile mindset – self-starter, strategic thinker and culturally aware.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the London office
