Job summary

Tesco Stores Limited is seeking a Group-level professional to support the People Risk and Controls agenda, ensuring effective risk assessment and control design. You will partner with the business to mature controls, support governance forums, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, control testing, and collaboration with 1st/2nd lines of defence, while promoting agile, pragmatic delivery across markets and processes.

Qualifications

• Controls knowledge across Compliance, IT and Audit.
• Experience with internal/external audits and risk controls.
• Ability to partner with multiple lines of defence and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise end-to-end Controls Frameworks across key people processes.
• Work with People R&C and transformation teams to embed control requirements in system design.
• Support governance forums and present to senior stakeholders.
