Howden Group Holdings seeks a Global People Policy Manager for its London office. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of inclusive People policies that align with the company's People First culture. Your responsibilities will include governance of policies, ensuring compliance with laws, and collaborating with regional HR teams. As Global People Policy Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development, governance and global alignment of People policies. You will be responsible for ensuring our policies are consistent, legally compliant, inclusive and align with our People First culture, in turn creating policies which can better resonate with our employees globally. As a key member of the team, you will drive policy strategy, oversee implementation, and serve as the primary liaison between regional HR teams and Senior Leadership for all policy-related matters.
This is a permanent role, based in our London office. The expectation is to be onsite 2-3 days per week on average.
