Robinhood Markets, Inc. seeks a senior People Partner to support leadership across Europe, Asia, and MENA from our London office. You will advise leaders, shape talent strategy, and scale high-performing organizations while navigating global employment nuances.

Based in London with in-person work at least 3 days per week, you will partner with COEs and HRIS to deliver globally consistent programs and drive people initiatives that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience in HRBP/People Partner roles.
• Experience supporting multinational client groups across regions.
• Exposure to UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU employment nuances.
• Credibility as a strategic advisor to senior executives.
• Business judgment linking talent decisions to outcomes.
• PM experience coordinating cross-functional partners.
• Analytical skills combining data, context, and judgment.
• Moves quickly from problem identification to implementation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA and challenge thinking to drive outcomes.
• Elevate talent and accountability to build high-performing teams; address performance quickly.
• Lead org design and transformation for structures, roles, and operating models.
• Guide teams through growth and change with structure and clarity.
• Identify gaps between needs and existing People programs and create repeatable frameworks.
