An international insurance organization seeks a Global People Compliance Officer to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements. You will facilitate HR audits, manage compliance risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote a fair work environment. The Global People Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organisation's Human Resources practices align with legal and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with both the HR functions and key stakeholders within risk and audit across the organisation to help identify, assess and mitigate the People risks. This role involves supporting HR stakeholders to develop and implement compliant practices that promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
Please note that this is a full-time permanent role based in our London office. The expectation is to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
