You will develop data-driven insights to inform strategic HR decisions globally, contributing to tools, processes, and reporting that support our workforce. What you will do
  • Manage People Analytics activities across HR and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Work with HR partners to understand objectives, reporting needs, and KPIs.
  • Support visualization efforts using Power BI, updating dashboards and creating new solutions.
  • Apply storytelling to describe trends and insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable HR solutions.
  • Develop a data and analytics strategy.
  • Lead ad hoc projects, including audit actions.
  • Promote insight-driven decision-making and enhance data culture.
  • Deliver high-quality HR reports timely.
  • Own the HR reporting and analytics roadmap.
  • Document reporting processes and ensure privacy controls.
  • Mentor team members through exposure to initiatives and coaching.
What we're looking for
Skills & Experience
  • Experience leading analytics or project teams.
  • Strong program management skills for global initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop HR data solutions like workforce planning and sentiment analysis.
HR Domain Expertise
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition, performance, engagement, attrition, DEI, and L&D.
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and legal considerations.
Data & Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with HRIS, survey platforms, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to build and interpret statistical and predictive models.
Strategic & Consulting Skills
  • Experience collaborating with senior HR and business leaders.
  • Ability to influence, present data clearly, and connect analytics to outcomes.
  • Strong storytelling with data, high emotional intelligence, and resilience.
Qualifications
  • Degrees in Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Business Analytics, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with big data/data lake setup (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
