Description
- Manage and coordinate global payroll operations across multiple regions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee payroll audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update payroll systems to reflect organisational and regulatory changes.
- Implement an in house Payroll for the UK.
- Provide training and guidance to regional teams on payroll processes and standards.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports for senior management and external stakeholders as required.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Profile
- Extensive experience managing international payroll operations especially in the USA.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations in multiple regions.
- Proficiency in addressing payroll compliance issues and implementing improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- A qualification in payroll management, accounting, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience of managing a team.
