The successful candidate will manage payroll operations across the UK, USA, Singapore, and Japan, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery. Qualifications

• Strong UK payroll experience; exposure to international payroll is an advantage.
• Highly organised, accurate, and confident working independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and competency with data entry.
• Experience calculating commissions and bonuses.
• Experience with P11D submissions.
• Experience within the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll cycles across multiple companies (bi-weekly for the US).
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle all starter/leaver processing.
• Calculate salary changes, commissions, bonuses, and pro-rated pay.
• Prepare payroll reports and investigate any discrepancies prior to approval.
• Administer the company pension scheme, including uploads and updates.
• Process staff expenses and ensure correct VAT documentation.
• Process HMRC payroll submissions and payments.
