Qualifications
Strong UK payroll experience; exposure to international payroll is an advantage.
Highly organised, accurate, and confident working independently.
Excellent attention to detail and competency with data entry.
Experience calculating commissions and bonuses.
Experience with P11D submissions.
Experience within the recruitment industry.
Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll cycles across multiple companies (bi-weekly for the US).
Maintain accurate employee records and handle all starter/leaver processing.
Calculate salary changes, commissions, bonuses, and pro-rated pay.
Prepare payroll reports and investigate any discrepancies prior to approval.
Administer the company pension scheme, including uploads and updates.
Process staff expenses and ensure correct VAT documentation.
Process HMRC payroll submissions and payments.
