You will be responsible for understanding international payroll legislation—particularly USA, policy, and procedure, as well as international processes.

Key Duties/Tasks:

  1. Assisting the team with escalated queries
  2. Being the subject matter expert on international payroll
  3. Managing vendors
  4. Troubleshooting current issues and areas of development
  5. Providing reports and advice
  6. Making recommendations
  7. Working with the global payroll team and wider management to forge solutions
  8. Producing reports for senior management

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Payroll experience as an international or global payroll specialist or manager
  • Full and comprehensive understanding of payroll functions for international countries
  • Experience collaborating with different departments and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with automation, continuous improvement, and system migration
