  2. Partner with in-country local PwC teams and our technology team in Mauritius to optimize payroll processes and mitigate risks.
  3. Manage relationships with clients and in-country local PwC teams, ensuring service levels are met and continuously improved.
  4. Lead payroll transformation initiatives, including automation, system enhancements, and process standardization by working with our technical team based in Mauritius.
  5. Ensure effective payroll governance, risk management, and internal controls to support audits and compliance requirements.
  6. Act as a point of escalation for clients and in-country local PwC teams.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
This role is for you if:
  1. Extensive global payroll experience, ideally in a large multinational organization.
  2. Strong understanding of payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  3. Proven track record of managing complex payroll operations and leading global clients.
  4. Experience with payroll systems and technology platforms, such as Workday, ADP, SAP, or other global payroll solutions.
  5. Ability to manage client and in-country payroll provider relationships.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and automation.
  7. Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and discretion.
  8. Excellent project management skills, with experience driving payroll transformation initiatives.
