Job Title: Global Payroll Analyst - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Job Description: This role will join our Rest Of World payroll team, managing accurate and timely payment of salaries, tax, and third-party payments for colleagues in 13 countries worldwide. The role also involves reconciliation activities related to global payrolls, including reporting and insights.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the Winnersh or Newcastle office and 2 days from home.

Contract Details: Fixed-term contract for 1 year, with potential for permanent opportunities within the wider team afterwards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries, including post-payroll reconciliations and compliance.
  • Gain exposure to various country payrolls, with flexibility to handle payrolls from any country as needed.
  • Support internal and external audits, maintain process documentation, and contribute to internal projects.
  • Respond to colleague queries and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on country-specific payroll legislation to ensure compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with payroll processing in EMEA countries.
  • Involvement in payroll projects is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with ADP Celergo and/or ADP GlobalView/SAP is desirable.
