• Experience in Payments / Payment Processing within banks or financial institutions.
• Proven capability to manage multiple simultaneous releases and delivery efforts.

• Act as the primary point of escalation for all technology‑related issues.
• Drive technology execution, ensuring teams are aligned to scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
