Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will design plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and liaise with stakeholders to secure resources and drive value. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of large-scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing a project and monitors progress.
• Identifies, resolves, or escalates issues to minimize delays; manages requirements and resources.
• Leads project meetings and prepares regular status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborates across internal departments and external vendors to deliver solutions and secure resources.
• Mentors less experienced project managers with budgeting, planning and governance.
