Responsibilities

• Advises executives and management on complex legal matters with substantial dollar impact.
• Guides contract negotiations and oversees outside counsel to ensure favorable terms.
• Researches laws and precedents; drafts and reviews legal documents and agreements.
• Oversees regulatory compliance related to financial services and corporate governance.
• Leads investigations, risk assessments, and provides strategic legal direction.
