Job summary

Gilead is seeking an Executive Director for its Patient Solutions (GPS) organization. You will lead sustainable access strategies across multiple regions, manage distributor relationships, and collaborate with global functions to drive patient outcomes and commercial growth.

You will work with governments and partners to advance access to therapies while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational excellence across complex markets.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading large, cross-functional teams across regions.
• Experience in international commercial operations, market access, or health economics is preferred.
• Experience working with governments, NGOs, and multilateral organizations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for GPS across South and Southeast Asia, Central Asia, MENA, and Latin America.
• Oversee distributor strategy, governance, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Global Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Public Affairs, and Supply Chain for launch readiness and lifecycle management.
• Represent Gilead to external stakeholders, including governments and NGOs.
