Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a Partnership Delivery Senior Manager to join its Partnerships Team in Liverpool. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class servicing, managing commercial relationships and activations, while boosting fan engagement globally.

You will lead strategic plans, deliver 360° account management, and drive measurable ROI across partnerships. The position is a full-time role based at the city centre office with a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience at Manager or Senior Manager level within sports or entertainment marketing.
• Strong integrated marketing expertise and proven track record in account management across multiple clients or partnerships.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and emerging industry trends; highly organised and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse partnership portfolio across planning, activation, measurement, reporting, and feedback.
• Develop strategic plans with Directors to enhance partner servicing and maximise contractual rights.
• Ensure transparent communication and a coordinated activation calendar across the Partnerships Team.
• Build strong relationships with partners through regular calls, video meetings and face‑to‑face sessions.
• Lead partner reporting with data-driven updates on global reach and KPI delivery.
• Oversee onboarding and activation of new partnership deals with Directors and Commercial teams.
• Guide team in delivering best-in-class service and managing budgets and resources.
