Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment Ltd. in London seeks a hands-on Media Operations Manager to lead day-to-day paid media across a fast-moving cross-platform portfolio. Plan, optimise, and report on campaigns for family audiences worldwide across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Amazon.

You'll turn data into decisions, build solutions, and juggle many campaigns with autonomy and strategic impact in a global role tied to Moonbug's position as a leading YouTube publisher.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running Google Ad Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
• 1–2 years handling Facebook and TikTok ads with pixel tracking.
• Experience creating media plans and RFPs for digital video campaigns.
• Strong client service, briefing-to-execution, and post-campaign decks.
• Support Global Sales with advisory, planning and execution.
• Experience across DSPs and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of SEM, attribution, and customer journey analytics.
• Comfort with dashboard tools and multi-source data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, optimise, and report across all paid media activity.
• Juggle multiple campaigns and keep internal stakeholders updated.
• Own budgets end-to-end: forecasting, reconciliation, reallocation.
• Use data to drive decisions and actionable insights for clients.
• Track industry trends and adapt ad buying with new products.
• Improve operating practices and tooling for faster delivery.
• Contribute to the global strategic story with other teams.
