Shift patterns: Monday to Friday Rotational shift Covering US time zones 08:00 - 16:00 - 12:00 -18:00 - 14:00 -22:00
Location: OX16 4RS - Banbury (Hybrid Working 1 day office 4 day working from home, Subject to change)

We're now looking for a Global Ops Planner to play a vital role coordinating our daily Shipping and distribution requirements.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To validate shipments requested by GSK requestors and ensure shipment contains required documentation and mandatory information for shipment execution
• To assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
• Responsible for the effective planning, shipment validation and monitoring execution of shipments.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements.
• Be first point of contact for customer and carrier to answer queries
