We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Power Consulting team as Global Operations, Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist. The role will engage with diverse and dynamic projects and play a key role in enhancing our business processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading our quality and continuous improvement. We prioritize quality and safety while fostering strong relationships with markets and customers worldwide.

Within this exciting role as the new Global Operations, Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist you'll be supporting 8 Units deliver quality improvement plans (QIP) along with a fantastic opportunity to travel.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Our Business Process Quality work focuses on developing, identifying, analysing and improving existing general business processes (i.e. back-end processes not related to manufacturing

  • Applying process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyse and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction.

  • Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis.

  • Planning and implementing quality assurance and compliance processes.

  • Supporting development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures. This includes Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen practitioners working in a non-manufacturing environment.

  • Delivering global improvement projects resulting from data analysis

Your background:

  • Application of process definition, improvement & design methodologies.

  • Conversant with Six-Sigma, Lean or Kaizen at business process level.

  • Established, maintained and administered a certified QMS.

  • Provided CI KPI’s to the business and improvement plans.

  • Performed assessments and audits as an input to improving processes including leveraging identified risks, failures and non-conformances within the local business, suppliers and customers.

  • Voice of the Customer represented within the local business, by utilization of customer feedback processes like customer surveys, complaint resolution and result of customer feedback dataanalysis.

  • Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills.

  • Able to travel when required across globally when required.
