What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Online Marketplace Manager to oversee our online marketplace presence, focusing on Amazon, Allegro, and other key platforms. This role is vital for driving online sales growth and expanding our global reach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies aligned with Avon’s objectives for Amazon, Allegro, and other marketplaces.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to foster mutual growth and protect brand integrity.
  • Listing Optimization: Enhance product listings to boost visibility, conversion, and sales.
  • Inventory and Pricing Management: Monitor and adjust inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze marketplace metrics, providing insights and reports for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay updated on marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to innovate and maintain competitive advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Proven experience in online marketplace management, preferably in beauty or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplace dynamics, especially Amazon and Allegro.
