Avon, a company with 135 years of history and part of the Natura & Co family, is seeking a talented and experienced Global Online Marketplace Manager to oversee and optimize our presence on various online marketplaces, focusing on Amazon, Allegro, and others. This role is key in driving online sales growth and expanding our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies aligned with Avon’s business objectives for Amazon, Allegro, and other marketplaces.
2. Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to foster mutual growth and protect brand integrity.
3. Listing Optimization: Enhance product listings to improve visibility and sales performance.
4. Inventory and Pricing Management: Monitor and adjust inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketplace metrics, identify trends, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, and product teams for seamless strategy execution.

Work Experience:
